Perfection in a Flash

In Beauty on November 30, 2009 at 4:01 pm

Sometimes one word says it all. Synonymous with style, the name Dior is known around the world as a luxury brand that does not follow trends, but rather sets them. DiorSkin AirFlash sets a trend by showing us how to apply foundation the flawless way…by airbrushing it on our faces. This amazing product requires just a few light sprays (start at the jaw and work your way up) and delivers us the Hollywood glamour airbrushed effect by creating a smooth translucent layer that evens the skin tone.

“Airbrush” makeup is not a new concept but Dior does it right. The reviews of this product are outstanding! Hollywood starlets even spritz this wonder spray on their legs before a night out to create a head to toe flawless look.

Universal HD

In Beauty on November 20, 2009 at 1:59 pm

I am an avid makeup window shopper. I can literally loose myself at Sephora or walking around debarment store staring and testing pots and powders at the make up counters. The latest gem I have stumbled upon is Make Up Forever’s HD Microfinish Powder. This stuff sets the foundation and slightly mattifies skin without changing its natural contours. This 100% mineral silica powder softens the appearance of imperfections. Completely evens out the complexion for a glowing, radiant look. One universal shade for all skin tones.

The greatest part about this miracle powder is after you apply it to your face, wrinkles, fine lines and blemishes magically disappear. Also cool: It’s completely translucent and goes on any skintone. Its talc-free formula does not dry the skin and is formulated with 100% silica.
