Organic Foundation

In Beauty on July 18, 2011 at 12:22 pm

If you’re looking for a great organic foundation, Lavera Liquid Foundation is the best one I’ve found. It’s silicon and paraben free and great for sensitive skin. The foundation itself smells wonderful (because it’s made of all natural oils) and slides beautifully onto your skin just by using your fingertips. If you’re looking for a healthy glow & natural look, these organic foundations are the perfect solution. Made with pure plant extracts, the liquid foundation deeply hydrates for a natural, radiant look.

Shimmering Legs

Kate Middleton’s latest contribution to fashion: pantyhose. After two straight weeks of pairing knockout designer dresses with ’80s-style sheer stockings, the Duchess of Cambridge has proven that everything she touches—really everything—turns to style gold.

Already, the trend has caught on in the UK, with a significant spike in nude hosiery sales since Kate’s made them part of her dressing routine, according to the Daily Mail.

Firm It Up

In Beauty on July 11, 2011 at 10:19 am

Trying to look better in a bikini this summer? I have recently started experimenting Mama Mio Goodbye Stretch Marks not because I need to reduce the appearance of stretch marks, but because I heard it was fantastic in firming up the skin. After showering, you apply this serum with algae (which temporarily tightens skin) and collagen-building peptides (which help fade stretch marks) and voila, firmer, tighter skin. The smell is pleasant and the cream absorbs quickly but the only downside is that it is expensive and you would need a few tubes to get more results. Sometimes a firm tush is worth a pretty penny.

In Entertainment on July 6, 2011 at 10:01 am

Elizabeth Hurley will join the upcoming fifth season of Gossip Girl, TV Line reports.

The 46-year-old British actress will appear as Diana Payne in a multi-episode arc, “a sexy, smart, self-made media mogul and all-around force to be reckoned with,” according to executive producers Stephanie Savage and Joshua Safran.

“Diana’s entrance on the Upper East Side will change the lives of all our characters – including, and especially Gossip Girl herself,” the two also hinted.

“Elizabeth’s sense of humor, intelligence and beauty fit the GG world perfectly. We feel very fortunate to have her,” Stephanie and Joshua added.
